For damaged items sent by shipping with tracking due to item being originally damaged or damaged while shipping the item to you only, photograph your item and contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will replace the item once approved.
If you have changed your mind for any reason, photograph the item in its undamaged condition and contact us. The package shall be returned and received by us in the original packaging and undamaged condition within 14 days from the date you received the item or otherwise show proof of return shipping of undamaged item in its original packaging within 14 days from the date you received the item to get a refund for the cost of the item. The cost of shipping and return shipping back to us, will NOT be refunded.
